    7 Transfer / Leaving Certificate All candidates Stating that the student has left the school or college from last qualifying exam with his/her date of birth.

    10 Eligibility Certificate The students from other states/ other Board/ University Stating that the student is eligible to seek admission for respective course in R.T.M. Nagpur University.
    11 Migration certificate The students from other states/ other Board/ University Concerned Board / University stating there is No objection to student’s admission to else where for higher studies
    12 Equivalence Certificate Diploma holder students other than from Maharashtra Board Issued by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Bandra (East), Mumbai stating that the Diploma awarded is equivalent with this board
    13 Gap Certificate Those passing 12th/diploma/Degree earlier than current session Affidavit on Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- stating that the reasons for study break.
    14 Admission letter in original For Centralized admission process The Director of Technical Education, Mumbai
    15 Caste certificate Backward class candidates from Maharashtra State Stating that the caste is recognized under backward class category in Maharashtra state.
    16 Caste Validity certificate Backward class candidates from Maharashtra State Stating that the caste is recognized under backward class category in Maharashtra state.
    17 Non creamy layer certificate Backward class candidates from Maharashtra State The Non creamy layer certificate valid up to 31st March 2019 issued by respective authority.

    To submit the original documents as mentioned above on or before 14 August to the admission authorities. Failure to submit the originals documents may result in cancellation of admission without any refund of tuition fees as per provision of the admission rule.
